Om rollen
Som IT Tekniker blir du en del av.. Klicka för att visa hela beskrivningen kundens supportteam och arbetar tillsammans med dina kollegor för att ge användarna professionell och effektiv IT-support. Rollen är användarnära med fokus på första linjens support, men kräver samtidigt en bred teknisk kompetens och förmåga att självständigt hantera mer kvalificerade ärenden.
Supporten sker via telefon, servicedesk-system, fjärrstyrning och direktkontakt med användare. Du kommer även att arbeta med installation, administration och förvaltning av klientmiljön.
Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:
Felsökning och problemlösning i Windows och installerade applikationer
Support och administration inom Microsoft 365
Installation och förvaltning av PC och klientutrustning
Arbete med SCCM och MSI-paketering
Administration av enheter i Intune
Support och hantering av iOS-enheter
Hantering av mobiltelefoner, abonnemang och tillbehör
Administration av tunna klienter
Arbete med KVM-lösningar
Användarsupport via telefon, remote desktop och på plats
Vi söker dig som
Har gedigen erfarenhet inom IT och är trygg i att självständigt felsöka och lösa tekniska problem. Du har ett serviceinriktat och pedagogiskt arbetssätt och kan anpassa din kommunikation efter användarens tekniska kunskapsnivå.
För rollen behöver du ha:
Minst 6 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av arbete inom IT-support
God erfarenhet av installation, felsökning och förvaltning av PC och Windows
Erfarenhet av Microsoft 365 och närliggande tekniker
Erfarenhet av användarsupport via telefon, på plats och remote desktop
Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och ta ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter
Flytande svenska i tal och skrift
Vi ser också att du har erfarenhet av att ansvara för eller samordna klientplattformar, utveckla arbetssätt och rutiner inom support eller hålla utbildningar och workshops.
Som person tror vi att du är lösningsorienterad, kommunikativ och serviceinriktad. Du har lätt för att samarbeta med både användare och kollegor samtidigt som du är trygg med att självständigt driva dina arbetsuppgifter framåt. Du har förmågan att prioritera när flera ärenden behöver hanteras samtidigt och ser supportfunktionens arbete ur ett större verksamhetsperspektiv.

The role
In this role, you’ll build and maintain on-prem infrastructure with a wide variety of technologies around the globe. You’ll do this by delivering reliable, scalable, and universally available systems.
Technologies we are working with today include Ubuntu, Debian, infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, NTP), globally hosted servers, virtualization (KVM), storage (Ceph), monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix), automation (Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, GitHub Actions - reusable workflows) and private cloud environments, alongside our on-prem infrastructure.
Who are you?
We’re looking for a solution-oriented team player with a solid background in Linux. It is also beneficial if you have experience with infrastructure automation, basic understanding of networking (such as dynamic routing, data centre switching, site-to-site VPNs) and a “security first" approach.
An agile mindset is crucial for us, and additionally experience working with Ubuntu, Debian and Puppet profiles would be a great fit within this team.

Security Operations Engineer
We are now hiring for a Security Operations Engineer to join our Security team. This team drives the security programs within the business, with a heavy focus on people, processes, and automation of services. Kambi is looking for someone who wants to encourage and foster.. About the Security team:
You would be implementing technologies for vulnerability management, authentication and identity management, and creating security with automation. A focus for our team is to create paved roads for Development and Operations teams, to ensure they can easily secure their applications and maintain security throughout the organization. The Security Operations team also responds to incoming security threats and incidents. We provides expert security knowledge to the wider organisation. We use automation tools like Puppet, Ansible and Terraform, and work in a diverse environment with physical and virtual machines, as well as containerized workloads both on-prem and in AWS.
About you:
We will be very happy if you have commercial industry experience working in a security team, in either offensive or defensive roles. Additionally, previous experience working with Linux or AWS is needed, and it’s a huge bonus if you have spent time working with actively with security in these areas. Prior experience with identity and authentication systems for web and Linux integrations are valued.
