Lead the development and characterization of silicone-based materials and technologies.
Drive innovation projects from early concepts through technology development.

What You Bring
Degree in Materials Science, Chemistry or related field.
Significant experience in material development within silicone technologies.
Deep technical expertise in silicone chemistry, silicone physics, or related material technologies.
