Strong hands-on experience with modern data engineering practices, including workflow orchestration, transformation frameworks, analytical databases, and containerized environments. Experience with Airflow, dbt, ClickHouse, and Kubernetes is valuable.
Extensive experience designing, building, and operating production-grade data platforms and end-to-end pipelines. With a track record of taking technical ownership and improving existing systems. Typically, this comes from 2-5 years of active ownership of existing systems.
